The building contains a trade counter showroom, warehousing with tacking, and first floor offices, which will become the headquarters for this business. The envelope of the warehouse will be clad in Hardiplank, which is a stockist of UP Building Products and this will allow the client to showcase the product.
The deign incorporate the corporate colours, with a higher end office content.
Work is due to complete 3rd quarter 2022.
