Ladygate Centre, Wickford
Stanley Bragg Architects were commissioned to redevelop the Ladygate Centre in Wickford. The existing building is a shopping centre and snooker hall in the middle of High Street, Wickford.
The proposal is to re-model the ground floor with retail functions retained, with the redevelopment of the upper floor to form 3 floors of residential accommodation.
The new development provides 46 residential units. The development is accessed via the rear private car park along with dedicated entrance from the high street.
