Residential Masterplan
Stanley Bragg Architects were appointed to support the preparation of an Outline Planning Application for a residential and employment development at Oakwood Park, Clacton.
The Outline Planning Application is based upon an identical site which was the subject of a previous approval for a permitted industrial park.
This proposal comprises approx. 2,270 m² (24,435 ft²) of B1c floorspace in the south-eastern corner of the site, and a residential development of up to 250 dwellings; with the balance of the site being open space and landscaping.
