Clip Hedge Barn, Little Bentley
A 16,000 sq ft (1480 sqm) corporate headquarters on a green field site. The design is a modern-day interpretation of a barn and outbuildings which would be appropriate in the green belt. The location and design responded to the perceived visual impact on the local area. Despite being supported by the planners, the application was refused and later overturned at appeal.
