  • Part II Architectural Assistant

    Stanley Bragg Architects Ltd are looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Part II Architectural Assistant. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of sectors.

    The ideal candidate will have;

    ·         At least one-year UK experience in an architectural practice.

    ·         Proficient in Office 365 applications.

    ·         Good working knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, Microstation, Sketch Up and Creative Suite is preferable but not essential as training can be given.

    ·         A good understanding of UK Building Regulations.

    ·         Be able to demonstrate excellent design and graphic communication skills.

    ·         The willingness to learn and develop skills further.

  • Architectural Technologist

    A role has become available for an Architectural Technologist in our Colchester Office. This is a great career move for someone about design and the built environment.

    The ideal candidate will have;

    ·         A minimum of ten years experience

    ·         Proficient in Office 365 applications.

    ·         Good working knowledge Revit, Microstation and Sketch Up.

    ·         Development of planning scheme into detailed construction drawings.

    ·         Have a strong working knowledge of Building Regulations.

    ·         Developing specifications and tender documentations.

    ·         Have NBS Experience.

    ·         Prepare planning application for submission to the planning portal.

    ·         Confident client and consult liaison skills.

    ·         Minor works contract administration.

    ·         Be able to use own initiative.

    ·         You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Stanley Bragg Architects are looking to recruit Project Architects for their friendly Colchester Office. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of sectors.

    What we are looking for;

    ·         Five years post Part III UK experience.

    ·         Proficient in Office 365 applications.

    ·         Good working knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, Microstation, Sketch Up and Creative Suite is preferable but not essential as training can be given.

    ·         A solid background in residential masterplanning, house design and construction.

    ·         Exceptional design skills.

    ·         The ability to progress projects through all RIBA work stages.

    ·         The capability to develop creative construction detailing.

    ·         Possess excellent client facing and communication skills.

    ·         Self-motivated and the drive to succeed.
