Bond Street, Chelmsford

Refurbishment

Stanley Bragg were asked to provide architectural services from RIBA stage 4-7 to sub-divide the 15-16 High Street Chelmsford, which the practice originally designed and built in 1998.

The refurbishment forms the gateway from the High Street, which leads into the new Bond Street development. This involved sensitive work to the adjoining listed building and the creation of new boutique shopfront entrances.
