A Contemporary Detached Residential House
The house sits adjacent the estuary and the client required natural earth tones throughout the finishes and design. The internal floor finish extends out to the deck so that it has a seamless finish when the bi-folding doors are open.
Floating ceilings around the ground floor living area provide a unique interface with the walls.
Careful design detailing was required to conceal the fixings for the glass balustrading and the bespoke staircase.
